1) E-85 – Renewable Energy Solution
Delivery E85 to the alternative fleet users using a network fueling
trucks wich delivery E85 to FFV fleets. The fueling can be on site on
the fleets locations or schedule at delivery sites.
All transactions shows user’s GSA Smartpay II credit card or individual credit card.
Wet hosing is simply the term that describes the delivery of fuel to vehicles using a tank wagon fuel truck. The truck delivers directly to the vehicles at dedicated sites – usually afterhours when there is no impact to fleet missions. These trucks are typically sized with 2,000 to 3,000 gallons of total capacity. To wet hose, the truck is equipped with a standard vehicle refueling nozzle to refuel vehicles that are parked in a specified location.

The data base of Wet Hosing Progrma and Electric Grid Programa for fleet’s managers to be used forfast OMB, Scoredcard and DOE waivers.
Dispensing of E-85 from the wet hosing vehicle will be calibrated to provide accurate data output.
Data is captured for each card transaction at the POS and ported to the authorizing transaction clearing house and then to both the banking industry and the program intermediary.
Radio Frequency Identification (RFI), Global Positioning System (GPS) methodologies along with computerized reporting will be utilized for data accuracy and near real time tracking capability.
The additional data fields which have been captured will be utilized
by the program team to develop desired reports for fuel utilization
tracking.

4) CALCULATION OF CARBON REDUCTION
All transactions is tracked utilizing several Point of Sale (POS) software/firmware
products which collect level III data via various credit card products.
The NABFI team members Diamond Mind and Ironbridge Systems tracks this
data. To facilitate the accuracy of data collection during the program
including reduction of carbon emissions and electricity usage.
We provide for others reports and users, automated rebate registration
as well as program and product verification to increase the efficiency
and accuracy of any government rebate incentive programs.
